Privacy policy

What we collect

Hosts give us their email address to sign in. Hosts add their guests' names, email addresses, tags and RSVP answers (such as meal choices and dietary notes). We store event details and invitation designs, including any photo a host uploads (with camera and location details removed).

How we use it

Only to run invitations and RSVPs for the host who added it: showing each household their invitation, sending the emails the host asks us to send, and showing the host their responses. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

In Canada (AWS ca-central-1). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

Your choices

Guests can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any invitation. Hosts can delete a guest or a whole occasion at any time, which permanently removes the related personal information. To ask about your data, contact the host who invited you or write to us.

Security

Personal RSVP links are long random codes that we store only in hashed and encrypted form. Access to hosts' data is limited to their own account.
